Returns / Exchange Policy

In the case that you are unhappy with your goods,the item does not fit or you do not like it we will gladly exchange within 10 days. We do not refund for changes of mind or incorrect decision by you. Do not remove any labels or swing tags until you are happy with your purchase.

All return requests must be sent via email to piscesboutique@iinet.net.au within 48 hours of goods being delivered. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number (RA).

A copy of the return request must be included with the item and the Return Authorization Number(RA) MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE FRONT OF THE PARCEL - item delivery may be refused if this number is not clearly visible.

All returned items must be received back at Pisces within 5 business days of receiving RA, unworn and must incorporate all original packaging including  swing tags still attached & shoe boxes as they are considered part of the item.

In the event that a returned item does not meet any of the above terms Pisces reserves the right to reject the return

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required time period.

Please note that, except for the statutory conditions  sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
